We recently heard a message by Paul Manwaring called "Kisses From A Good God". In a nutshell, he basically shared his journey of walking thru prostate cancer and how God gave him a "kiss" every single day. God wants to kiss each and everyone of us if only we will let him and recognize it when He does. Since hearing that message, Cody and I have been asking God to kiss us too. And yesterday, our kiss came in the form of a manila envelope sitting in our mailbox. Now I love getting mail, especially fun packages so I couldn't wait to open it. Once opened, Cody pulled out 2 of the most exotic looking feather arrangements I have ever seen. Do you see it?
"He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge." (Psalm 91:4)
In the middle of the arrangements are 2 crimson colored feathers - the blood of Jesus.
The first thing I thought of when I saw the feathers... well, it was Psalm 91:4... but the second thing I thought of was a prophetic word that Cody and I received a couple wks ago. The word was about Cody and I dancing, but not just any ol' dance... a tribal dance. And I saw a vision of us with feathers on our heads, dressed in tribal attire. So this was kinda 2 kisses in 1 = confirmation that He is covering us with His feathers and confirmation of the prophetic word.
In the past, all the feathers He has given us have been white - but now God is showing us a different side of Himself. He is a wild, exotic, and adventurous God who is the Great Tribal Leader!
Ken and Sandy, you guys are amazing! Thank you so much for sending these feathers. You probably had no idea just what it was going to mean for us. Wow, God is super amazing!

Yes, our God is a wild exotic God! One day you will dance that dance in full head garb! I felt lead to send them and they had stayed in my office and I often prayed for you guys when I looked at them which is why I thought you should have them! HUGS
