Why aren't Christians afraid to die?

About a month ago, I got a call from a Palestinian friend of mine. She's a former Muslim and has now been walking with Jesus for nearly 10 years.

She had just come from speaking / sharing her testimony at an Arabic station in Detroit, MI. This particular station is broadcast all across the Middle East. So every night from midnight until around 4 or 5 am, they would tape the show and receive phone calls from listeners in the Arab world.

After sharing parts of Cody's and my testimony, a muslim guy from Jordan called in. He had a lot of questions about death and really wanted to know "why aren't Christians afraid to die?"

My friend proceeded to share with this man and although, I don't know all the details or what was said word for word, he politely listened and then hung up the phone.

About 15 minutes later, he called back and as a result of Cody's testimony, wanted to know Jesus!!!!

I love it! Thank You, Jesus!

Amy, this is probably one of hundreds of stories where Cody's life, testimony, or awesome-ness touched someone. I know I still get emails from my email list about the times I talked about him in my blog, or put pictures of him, or shared his death. I know one thing, Cody's ministry lives on...and in more ways than we will ever know. To that end, I want to talk to you about something when you get home. HUGS> and hope to see you soon!

Amy, that is so cool. What a great testimony that his story truly does continue to change lives and continues to live on!!! I m so blessed to read about this, I almost started crying. Sometimes in our little minds we don't see how his testimony could live on and then God uses it to bring a man in the middle east to savation. Wow. I am so amazed. And that is your inheritage too because you and Cody are one and all that His testimony is is so much sweeter and more meaningful because of you and all you did for him. Praise be to God. I love you.
