yesterday, i had the amazing privilege of meeting some people from the Adavasi tribe. they were so beautiful, warm, and friendly! walking into the tea estate, i had one of those moments where my heart was so happy that it felt like it was gonna burst. yes, God, thank you that i'm alive!

the Adavasi people are so oppressed in Indian society. they are considered the lowest of the low. they work long hours in the tea fields picking tea for as little as $1.25 per day.
