After just flying out to NC to surprise my parents, we got a big surprise of our own yesterday! We got together with Cody's family because his sister, Hallie, told us she had a big announcement to make. We just knew she was gonna tell us she's expecting! :)We went to a super nice Italian place called Tra Vigne right in beautiful Napa Valley. We had just sat down to order when Cody's dad called on Hallie's phone. After a few minutes of Cody talking to his dad, we turned around to see him standing right behind Cody!! As far as we knew, he was calling from Mexico. But he totally flew up friday night and suprised Cody. It was so sweet watching the two of them embrace. Cody hasn't seen his dad since we left Mexico 4 months ago.
We've had a fun weekend with the whole family together and I just know that does Cody's heart good.

Thank you Hallie for getting back @ them. I'm glad that Cody got to see his dad. He really does need his whole family right now. Praise The Lord!! I see God working on this family and bringing them all together. Enjoy every min that you have together, because tomorrow may not be their. We pray for Cody's health every day that God will heal him real soon. We miss you both already, and looking forward to the next visit. When Cody can do what ever he wants too with out pain. PRAISE GOD!! That Day is SOON Cody. We love you Boone!
What a great surprise. I am sure Cody's dad was just as excited! Hope you enjoy your time with his dad. So glad you got to come to NC for a break too.
