God's awesome, Cody's doing awesome!

Wow, you guys... we've had an incredible week! Even though it's been super busy with appointments every day, Cody's only complaint is a little bit of heart burn and for that, we are thankful.

Cody started radiation this past tuesday. After looking at the CT scans and x-rays, the radiologist decided to radiate both hips and a small area of Cody's left arm. Cody only had pain in his right hip, so we were surprised when they wanted to radiate other areas too. The radiologist asked Cody if he was having a lot of pain on the left side, Cody said no.. and the doctor just couldn't believe it. Praise God!

Well, and then... a couple days ago one of Cody's oncology nurses called to ask how Cody was feeling. I told her that he was feeling totally fine and she couldn't believe it. She said his red blood count was pretty low, which meant he was anemic again and needed to come in for an injection. So we went in yesterday for the injection and the nurse kept exclaiming, "Cody, you look amazing!"

I just love it when the doctors and nurses are dumbfounded and standing in awe of what God is doing, even though they might not know or accredit it to God.

On Monday, we have an appointment for a round of CT scans to see how everything looks - after all the anointed prayers. We are praying for a creative miracle.

Thank you for continuing to stand with us and for all your prayers!
