The Boone's story of STUFF - two stories:
1. I watched Jeremy & Tamara get rid of all their STUFF; furnishings, cloths, two cars, everything except 5 outfits each to go serve the Lord in Jinja, Uganda. That was so hard for me to watch!!!
2. One afternoon at dusk, Jeremy and Tamara were walking the dusty road back to their host family home in Uganda. They live with 6 beautiful but typical boys and their parents. While it isn't uncommon for one or more of the boys to come meet them as they are arriving after being gone each day, two of the boys greeted them with, "We have your stuff." Jeremy and Tamara looked at each other with the same thought: they have been in our room. The boys said, "We go get your stuff." As T & J arrived at the host home, the boys came out and said, "Here is your stuff." Both J & T were speachless. The children had J & T's TRASH; A cell phone box and a zip lock bag. The boys were thrilled that they saved "stuff of importance" . J & T gave them the "stuff" to play with. Where does this story leave me? I am getting rid of STUFF. My life is cluttered!!!

The Mama of J & T..

"We have not because we ask not." Unfortunately, this scripture is totally off the chart for most of us in the US!! Breaks my heart!
