Cody was infused with 1 unit of platelet's this afternoon. We'll go back on tuesday to have his labs checked again and possibly start chemo the same day.
In the meantime, they're going to run some tests on his blood to make sure everything's ok... and also possibly do a bone marrow biopsy next week.
Also, Cody's AFP tumor marker has risen again to over 400. I forgot the exact number, but last time we checked it was at 200.
The # 8 means "new beginnings" - and I'm just wondering if the enemy knows this and is fighting harder than ever. He knows his time is near! This is the second time # 8 has been rescheduled. Hmmm.
Last night, we had dinner with a young Indian couple that lead worship at the church we've been attending. As you know, it's been a desire of our hearts to have friends our age... and God has answered!
Isaac is from Chennai and Archana (Archie) is from Hyderabad, they've been married for 5 yrs and have lived in the US for 2 1/2. And GET THIS... they are from the same exact church in Hyderabad as our friend Chris Vengala, who was my leader in YWAM and also married us! What a small world, but such a BIG God!
Archie made a delicious Indian meal and then Isaac warmed our hearts with an amazing cup of goodness, aka chai. After dinner, we started worshipping God.. it was awesome... here's a little video:
Please pray as Holy Spirit leads. If God speaks ANYTHING to you, please don't hesitate to email us. It might seem insignificant to you, but could really mean something to us. God bless you guys!
p.s. Just today we met 3 girls from Greece, a lady from Persia (Iran), and a Filipino nurse... i love it! :)
