just came across an old journal from '04. pre-Cody. these words make me smile, because Papa answered the desire of my heart above and beyond anything i could have ever dared to ask for.

I want to marry someone who challenges me to change nations - someone with the same passion for the nations. Someone who gets excited about other cultures, tribes, languages. Someone who loves international flavor and who longs to see the whole earth filled with the glory of the Lord.
Cody was all of those things and more. much, much more!
